You are welcome to park as long as you would like. However, if you plan to be gone for more than 30-days, we ask that you call the Airport Administration Office at 307-352-6880 and let us know so that we do not think your vehicle is abandoned. If you will be gone for an extended period, we would ask that you park at the back of the parking lot.

We think so. To help you feel as confident as us, please know that we have regular security and law enforcement patrols, a robust security camera system, and more than adequate lighting. With that said, the Airport is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to your vehicle while parked in our parking lot. 

We recognize that a daily fee can add up quickly for those that fly frequently or for long trips. That is why we developed our Parking Membership Program. You can find more information on this program by scrolling up. 

We thought of this too! We would love for you to park and come inside to our beautiful new terminal to greet your loved ones. That is why the first 4 hours is free to park in our parking lot. 

The airport is committed to clearing snow in the parking lot as quickly as possible during winter weather events. Please note that our priority is the safety of those travelling. Therefore, we focus on the airfield, emergency access routes, and sidewalks prior to plowing the parking lot. We do not go between vehicles or clean off vehicles. 

The License Plate Reader (LPR) technology used at RKS is considered non-PII (Personally Identifiable Information). That means that there is no PII collected by the cameras and no information we collect is used to find/gather PII. The data collected and used is the license plate state, license plate number, vehicle manufacturer, and vehicle color. This data is not used for any other purpose and is not released unless required by a court order. 

We use the data as a back-up for lost tickets, for Express Pay customers, and for Parking Membership customers to ensure a seamless experience. 

When you get to the exit kiosk, if the kiosk does not automatically populate with an amount owed, you can do one of two things: 1) Press the help button and let them know what date/time you entered the parking lot. They will push the proper rate to the kiosk. 2) You can press the Lost Ticket button on the exit kiosk screen and pay the lost ticket fee.
